Bladderwrack Flakes come from the robust brown algae Fucus vesiculosus, also known as bladderwrack. Our bladderwrack is hand-harvested, air-dried, and then gently processed into fine flakes.
Bladderwrack has a slightly firmer consistency and has historically been an important source of iodine. The flakes can be used in various ways – as a tea infusion, in salads, as a seasoning, or for cooking in soups and broths.
