Seaweed Sea Stock is a finely tuned blend of ground, wild-harvested seaweeds – ideal for enhancing the flavor of various dishes. The broth is an excellent plant-based alternative or complement to classic chicken, beef, or fish broths.
It consists solely of three North Atlantic seaweed varieties: Sea Spaghetti (70%), Kombu (15%), and Wakame (15%). The seaweeds are air-dried and gently ground – without any additives.
We use the broth not only as a base for soups or stews but also as a versatile seasoning – for example, with fish, vegetables, or simply with a bit of salt and pepper as a flavorful finish.

Allergens: Seaweeds do not contain allergens. However, as it is a natural product, it may contain traces of shellfish, crustaceans, or sand.

Warning: Seaweeds are naturally rich in iodine. Excessive intake of iodine can lead to thyroid function disturbances. Daily intake should be adjusted to personal needs.
