Algae Salad Mix – a balanced and colorful composition of five delicious varieties of sea vegetables, pre-cut and carefully mixed. The mix consists of:

  • Sea Spaghetti (25%) – the chewy classic, ideal for salads or as raw spaghetti.
  • Dulse (25%) – also known as red algae or Lappentang, with a long tradition in northern regions. Tender, salty-nutty in flavor.
  • Atlantic Spirulina (20%) – not to be confused with freshwater spirulina. This algae comes from the sea and has a mild-salty taste.
  • Sweet Kombu (20%) – also known as sugar kelp, with a pleasantly sweet note.
  • Nori (10%) – the most well-known edible seaweed, especially popular in Japanese and Korean cuisine (e.g., sushi and gimbap).

Algae Salad Mix in Use

This mix is not only a visual highlight but also culinarily versatile. Ideal for anyone who wants to easily discover and enjoy several types of seaweed.

Whether in salads, soups, with potatoes, or pasta – the Four-Color Algae Salad Mix fits perfectly into everyday cooking. The delicate seaweeds can also be wonderfully snacked on their own.

Tip: Seaweeds dry out quickly – even in the bag. To refresh, simply lightly moisten with a plant sprayer or sprinkle with a little water. Then shake in a bag to evenly distribute the water and let sit for at least 20 minutes. After that, the seaweeds will be tender and ready to enjoy.
