MyoTape Mouth Tape to promote nasal breathing

MyoTape Mouth Tapes are sleep tape strips. They are designed to help you transition from mouth breathing to nasal breathing. They can be used while awake and while asleep. Because they don't cover your mouth, you can continue using it.

MyoTape now has improved adhesion and can be removed more gently.

What size do I need?

Large. For most adult men and about 50% of women.

Mouth width greater than 52 mm (2.05 inches), measured from corner to corner with a neutral mouth.

Medium. For more delicate faces and teenagers.

Mouth width between 47 mm and 52 mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches), measured from corner to corner with the mouth in a neutral position.

Small. For children and adults with smaller faces.

Mouth width less than 47 mm (1.85 inches), measured from corner to corner with a neutral mouth.
