Almost a year without UTI's

I started taking a heaping tablespoon mixed with some water cconcetrated enough first thing in the morning and last at night, waiting half an hour - 45 minutes (in the mornign) then drink plenty of water, plus 36pmg of PAC daily. The recurring UTI's I was starting to develop have just stopped. I also try to make sure I'm regular. One year almost of no longer needing antibiotics I great for the heath. Take an extra dose if you feel like you start to feel discomfort to be safe. (I'm not a doctor, this is my personal experience)

D-Mannose has changed my life for good. I have been sufering from recurrent acute cystitis since early age and over the years I can tell that I have tryed all sort of remedies including being flooded with antibiotics. I came across D-Mannose by chance and since the first time I tryed it has helped me lots. Just followed the instructions and it alliviated my symptoms and pain. Now everytime I start feeling that a flair is comming I take it and it works wonderful for me. I like that I can buy this product by the bulk.
