Why we like Armorica Butter Oil
Armorica's concentrated butter oil is made from pasture-fed milk. It is an excellent source of healthy saturated fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) that support the immune system, bone health and nutrient absorption. As it is free of lactose and casein, it is well suited for people with dairy intolerances. It also contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which may have anti-inflammatory properties. In the kitchen, butter oil impresses with its high smoke point (over 200°C), making it ideal for frying, baking and deep-frying without forming harmful trans fats. Its pure butter taste and long shelf life make it a versatile and nutrient-rich source of fat. In addition, this butter oil is made in Europe.
