Liver and kelp. Two primordial foods. Combined in one capsule.

Liver

Freeze-dried liver from pasture-raised cattle in Northern Ireland. These cattle are also fed algae.

Liver from grazing cattle is, like all offal, a real superfood. Predators eat the offal of their prey first and foremost, because they instinctively know that this provides them with the widest range of the most important nutrients.

It was no different for humans in the past. In traditional cultures, offal is valued most highly, not muscle meat. Here in Europe, that was also the case not too long ago.

Kelp

Harvested from the waters of Ireland.

Why we offer grass fed liver & kelp from Boru Supplements

We are really happy to be able to offer this high quality product. Both liver and kelp (and all other algae as well) are valuable foods. We do like to eat liver (well, one of us at least), but liver from pastured beef is not so easy to find.

We believe that steady intake of a smaller amount does the body better than infrequent but larger intake. Diet is little different than exercise. It is better to exercise 15 minutes a day than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.

It is also nice that the product comes from Europe. Many organs come from South America or New Zealand ... but why go far, when the good is so close.
