The highly purified phospholipid complex is obtained from non-GMO soybean oil. It contains approximately 50% phosphatidylcholine (PC), approximately 16% phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and also phosphatidylinositol (PI) and glycolipids.

Phosphatidyl Choline active PC from BodyBio contains a phospholipid complex content of 66% and a mixture of essential fatty acids consisting of linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid. The fatty acids are in a 4:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 (linseed oil) - an exclusive product from BodyBio. Phosphatidyl Choline active PC consists of 70% polyunsaturated, 10% monounsaturated and 20% saturated fatty acids.
