Freeze-dried liver capsules from pastured and grass- and alage-fed cattle from N. Ireland.

Liver from grazing cattle, like all offal, is a real superfood. Predators eat the offal of their prey first and foremost, because they instinctively know that this provides them with the widest range of the most important nutrients.

It was no different for humans in the past. In traditional cultures, offal is valued most highly, not muscle meat. Here in Europe, this was also the case not so long ago.

Why we offer grass-fed liver from Boru Supplements

We are really pleased to be able to offer this high quality product. Liver is a particularly valuable food. We do like to eat liver (well, one of us at least), but liver from pasture-raised cattle is not so easy to find - and even less so when the cattle also get eat algae.

We believe that the steady intake of a smaller amount is better for the body than an infrequent but larger intake. Diet is little different from exercise. It is better to exercise for 15 minutes a day than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.

It is also nice that the product comes from Europe. Lots of organ supplements come from South America and New Zealand ... but why go far when good things are so close.
